Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days within the contiguous US. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Carrier

We use a variety of trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers). The carrier for your order will be selected based on your shipping address and package characteristics. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Tracking

Address Changes

Lost or Damaged Packages
