Special orders may take about 4 weeks after prescription verification is completed.
What are Special Orders?
- JINS SCREEN HEAVY USE, tinted, progressive, photochromic, polarized, and Made in Japan (Invincible) lenses
- JINS SCREEN Regular Use with high prescription
- Standard clear lenses with high prescription
- Contact our Customer Support if you want to find out if your order will be special or not.
- Waiting for Prescription or RX VerificationUp to 1 Business Day**You will skip this status if you select Non-prescription lenses OR you are a returning customer and already have a valid prescription saved in your account.If you chose email prescription later, please email us as soon as possible so that we can get started with your order!If you have uploaded your prescription or chose have JINS call your doctor, we will work on verifying your prescription. We may contact you regarding insufficient or invalid information.
- Pending ProcessingUp to 1 weekNow your order is awaiting “Special Order” (Waiting for Lenses).
- Waiting For LensesUp to 2 WeeksYour lenses have been special-ordered. Special lenses may take up to 10 business days for us to receive from our lens vendor.
- ProcessingUp to 10 Business DaysOnce your frame and lenses are set, we will start manufacturing process in our lab.
- CompleteWhen completed, your new JINS glasses will be shipped to you. It may take 1-3 days in transit depending on your location.

- Non-prescription / JINS SCREEN Daily Use lenses with mild prescription
- Orders that are not classified as “Special Orders” or “Sunglasses”
